Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and Final Table Poker ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Final Table: Strategic Poker Duel mobile application, the website at finaltablepoker.app, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

1. Godkännande av villkor

2. Description of Service

Final Table: Strategic Poker Duel is a social, skill-based card game for iOS, based on the published physical card game designed by Swedish games inventor Dan Glimne. The game simulates the final table of a poker tournament using a fixed set of cards, strategy, and resource management — not random card dealing.

The Service includes single-player modes (against AI opponents), multiplayer modes, progression systems, virtual economy features (cosmetic items, chip packs, VIP Pass), and social features. The Service is available on iOS 16 and later and is designed for use on iPhone.

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

2. Beskrivning av tjänsten

Tjänsten inkluderar enspelarslägen (mot AI-motståndare), flerspelarlägen, progressionssystem, virtuella ekonomifunktioner (kosmetiska föremål, chippaket, VIP-pass) och sociala funktioner. Tjänsten är tillgänglig på iOS 16 och senare och är designad för användning på iPhone.

Vi förbehåller oss rätten att ändra, uppdatera, suspendera eller avveckla någon del av Tjänsten när som helst utan förhandsmeddelande, med förbehåll för tillämplig lag.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years of age to use the Service. This age requirement reflects the App Store rating of 17+ due to the poker theme and simulated gambling context.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 17 years of age;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
• You are not barred from receiving services under applicable law; and
• If you are between 17 and 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.

We implement an age gate during onboarding. If we become aware that a user is under the minimum age, we will terminate the account and delete associated data promptly.

3. Behörighet

4. Account

To access most features of the Service, you must create an account using Sign in with Apple, as required by Apple App Store Review Guidelines §4.8. By signing in, you authorise us to access your Apple-provided identifier and email (or Apple's Hide My Email relay address) to create and maintain your account.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Apple ID credentials;
• All activity that occurs under your account;
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date;
• Notifying us promptly at hello@finaltablepoker.app if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

You may not share your account with others, use another person's account, or create multiple accounts for the purpose of gaining unfair advantage. We reserve the right to merge duplicate accounts or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time via the in-app Settings menu or by contacting us at privacy@finaltablepoker.app. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible; all associated virtual chips, purchases, and progress will be lost.

4. Konto

För att komma åt de flesta funktioner i Tjänsten måste du skapa ett konto med Logga in med Apple, enligt Apples App Store-granskningsriktlinje §4.8. Du är ensamt ansvarig för:

• Att upprätthålla säkerheten för dina Apple ID-uppgifter;
• All aktivitet som sker under ditt konto;
• Att säkerställa att din kontoinformation är korrekt och aktuell;
• Att omedelbart meddela oss på hello@finaltablepoker.app om du misstänker obehörig användning av ditt konto.

Du får inte dela ditt konto med andra, använda en annan persons konto eller skapa flera konton i syfte att få orättvis fördel. Vi förbehåller oss rätten att slå samman dubbletter av konton eller avsluta konton som befunnits bryta mot dessa Villkor.

Du kan radera ditt konto när som helst via menyn Inställningar i appen eller genom att kontakta oss på privacy@finaltablepoker.app. Radering av konto är permanent och oåterkalleligt; alla tillhörande virtuella chips, köp och framsteg går förlorade.

5. Virtual Currency & Items

The Service uses virtual chips and virtual items (collectively, "Virtual Items") as part of the game experience. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services of any kind.
• Virtual Items are not your property. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to use Virtual Items solely within the Service.
• Virtual Items are not redeemable, refundable, or transferable to other users, except as expressly permitted within the Service.
• We may modify, adjust, recalibrate, or remove Virtual Items from the Service at any time without liability to you.
• Virtual Items obtained through gameplay — including daily rewards, quest completions, and referral bonuses — are provided at our sole discretion and are subject to these Terms.
• Upon account deletion or termination, all Virtual Items are permanently forfeited.

5. Virtuell valuta och föremål

6. In-App Purchases

The Service offers optional in-app purchases, including cosmetic items (card backs, table skins, avatar borders), virtual chip packs, and the VIP Pass subscription. All purchases are processed through Apple StoreKit 2 and are subject to Apple's Terms of Sale and refund policy.

By making a purchase, you agree that:

• Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple.
• Prices are displayed in your local currency as determined by Apple and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change with notice.
• The VIP Pass is a subscription product. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal information are disclosed at the point of purchase and in your Apple ID subscription settings.
• You may cancel a VIP Pass subscription at any time through iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• All purchases are subject to Apple's Family Sharing restrictions and applicable age verification requirements.

We are not responsible for disputes arising from unauthorised purchases made by a minor using a parent's or guardian's Apple ID. We encourage parents and guardians to use iOS Screen Time and purchase controls to prevent unintended purchases.

6. Köp i appen

• Köp är slutgiltiga och icke-återbetalningsbara, utom som krävs av tillämplig lag eller Apples återbetalningspolicy. Återbetalningsförfrågningar måste skickas direkt till Apple.
• Priser visas i din lokala valuta enligt Apples fastställande och kan variera per region. Priser kan ändras med förhåndsmeddelande.
• VIP-passet är en prenumerationsprodukt. Prenumerationsvillkor, prissättning och förnyelseinformation redovisas vid köptillfället och i dina Apple ID-prenumerationsinställningar.
• Du kan avsluta en VIP-passprenumeration när som helst via iOS-inställningar → [Ditt namn] → Prenumerationer. Uppsägning träder i kraft vid slutet av den aktuella faktureringsperioden.
• Alla köp omfattas av Apples familjedelningsbegränsningar och tillämpliga ålderverifieringskrav.

Vi är inte ansvariga för tvister som uppstår från obehöriga köp gjorda av en minderårig med en förälders eller vårdnadshavares Apple ID. Vi uppmanar föräldrar och vårdnadshavare att använda iOS Screen Time och köpkontroller för att förhindra oavsiktliga köp.

6A. Affiliate Program & Commission Payments

Final Table Poker may offer an affiliate program allowing approved participants to earn commissions by referring new players to the Service. Participation is subject to separate affiliate terms and approval.

Revenue Share Basis

Commission payments are calculated as a percentage of net revenue derived exclusively from in-app purchases (IAP) made through the Apple App Store by referred players. Net revenue is defined as the gross IAP transaction amount minus applicable App Store fees and taxes. For the avoidance of doubt, revenue share applies only to purchased credits and virtual currency bought via the App Store IAP mechanism. Advertising revenue — including but not limited to interstitial ads, rewarded video ads, banner ads, and any other ad-derived income — is expressly excluded from the revenue share calculation and does not form part of the commission base.

Manual Review and Director Approval

All commission payments, rewards, and affiliate program benefits are subject to manual review and final approval by the platform directors. The directors' decision is final and binding in all cases. No commissions will be issued without explicit director approval. The platform reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or revoke any pending commission at any time prior to final approval, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, policy violation, or qualification disputes. Affiliates will be notified of approval or rejection through the affiliate dashboard.

6A. Affiliateprogram & Provisionsbetalningar

Final Table Poker kan erbjuda ett affiliateprogram som tillåter godkända deltagare att tjäna provisioner genom att hänvisa nya spelare till Tjänsten. Deltagande är föremål för separata affiliatevillkor och godkännande.

Manuell granskning och direktörsgodkännande

Alla provisionsbetalningar, belöningar och affiliateprogramförmåner är föremål för manuell granskning och slutgiltigt godkännande av plattformens direktörer. Direktörernas beslut är slutgiltigt och bindande i alla fall. Inga provisioner utfärdas utan uttryckligt direktörsgodkännande. Plattformen förbehåller sig rätten att hålla inne, justera eller återkalla eventuella pågående provisioner när som helst före slutgiltigt godkännande, inklusive men inte begränsat till fall av misstänkt bedrägeri, policyöverträdelse eller kvalifikationstvister. Affiliates meddelas om godkännande eller avslag via affiliate-dashboarden.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their enjoyment of the Service. You agree not to:

• Cheat or exploit — use hacks, bots, scripts, mods, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage; exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics.
• Harass or abuse — engage in harassment, threats, bullying, or abusive behaviour toward other users or our team members.
• Impersonate — impersonate any person, entity, or Final Table Poker staff member.
• Reverse engineer — decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Interfere with infrastructure — attack, disrupt, or overload our servers or network infrastructure; conduct denial-of-service attacks.
• Create fake accounts — use automated means to create accounts, or create accounts for purposes other than genuine personal use.
• Circumvent security — attempt to bypass authentication, security measures, or access controls within the Service.
• Commercial exploitation — use the Service for commercial purposes, including selling accounts, Virtual Items, or in-game services, without our express written consent.
• Illegal activity — use the Service to engage in or facilitate any illegal activity.

Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of all Virtual Items and progress, and legal action where appropriate.

7. Användarbeteende

Du samtycker till att använda Tjänsten endast för lagliga ändamål och på ett sätt som inte kränker andras rättigheter eller begränsar deras användning av Tjänsten. Du samtycker till att inte:

• Fuska eller utnyttja — använda hackar, bottar, skript, mods eller programvara från tredje part för att få orättvis fördel; utnyttja buggar, glitchar eller oavsiktliga spelmekaniker.
• Trakassera eller missbruka — ägna sig åt trakasserier, hot, mobbning eller kränkande beteende mot andra användare eller våra teammedlemmar.
• Utge sig för att vara — utge sig för att vara någon person, enhet eller Final Table Poker-medarbetare.
• Dekompilera — dekompilera, disassemblera, bakåtkompilera eller försöka extrahera källkod från Tjänsten.
• Störa infrastruktur — attackera, störa eller överbelasta våra servrar eller nätverksinfrastruktur; genomföra denial-of-service-attacker.
• Skapa falska konton — använda automatiserade medel för att skapa konton, eller skapa konton för andra ändamål än genuint personligt bruk.
• Kringgå säkerhet — försöka kringgå autentisering, säkerhetsåtgärder eller åtkomstkontroller inom Tjänsten.
• Kommersiell exploatering — använda Tjänsten för kommersiella ändamål, inklusive försäljning av konton, Virtuella föremål eller speltjänster, utan vårt uttryckliga skriftliga samtycke.
• Olaglig aktivitet — använda Tjänsten för att ägna sig åt eller underlätta olaglig aktivitet.

Brott mot dessa uppförandenormer kan resultera i omedelbar suspension eller avslutande av ditt konto, förverkande av alla Virtuella föremål och framsteg, samt rättsliga åtgärder där det är lämpligt.

8. Intellectual Property

The game concept, rules, and card design of Final Table Poker are based on the published physical card game by Dan Glimne, Swedish games inventor and Swedish Poker Hall of Fame inductee. All rights to the original game concept are credited to Dan Glimne.

The Service, including but not limited to the software, graphics, user interface, sound design, animations, branding, trade marks, and all other content, is owned by Final Table Poker or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service;
• Create derivative works based on the Service;
• Sub-license, sell, resell, or commercially exploit the Service;
• Remove any copyright, trade mark, or other proprietary notices.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit regarding the Service may be used by us without obligation to you.

8. Immateriella rättigheter

Spelkonceptet, reglerna och kortdesignen för Final Table Poker är baserade på det publicerade fysiska kortspelet av Dan Glimne, svensk speluppfinnare och invald i Swedish Poker Hall of Fame. Alla rättigheter till det ursprungliga spelkonceptet krediteras Dan Glimne.

Tjänsten, inklusive men inte begränsat till programvara, grafik, användargränssnitt, ljuddesign, animationer, varumärke, varumärken och allt annat innehåll, ägs av Final Table Poker eller dess licensgivare och skyddas av tillämpliga immaterialrättsliga lagar.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement;
• Any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components;
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content within the Service;
• Any warranty that defects or errors in the Service will be corrected.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that any particular result will be achieved from use of the Service. The availability of AI opponents, specific game modes, or features is not guaranteed and may change at any time.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. In those jurisdictions, some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FINAL TABLE POKER, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, virtual currency, in-game progress, or goodwill;
• Damages arising from your inability to access or use the Service;
• Damages arising from any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data;
• Damages arising from the conduct of any third party on or through the Service.

These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) €50 (FIFTY EUROS).

Some jurisdictions — including EU member states under consumer protection law — do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

10. Ansvarsbegränsning

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Final Table Poker and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your use or misuse of the Service;
• Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party; or
• Any content or information you submit, post, or transmit through the Service.

11. Skadeståndsskyldighet

Du samtycker till att försvara, gottgöra och hålla Final Table Poker och dess tjänstemän, direktörer, anställda, agenter, licensgivare och tjänsteleverantörer skadeslösa mot alla anspråk, skulder, skador, domar, utmärkelser, förluster, kostnader, utgifter eller avgifter (inklusive rimliga juridiska avgifter) som uppstår av eller relaterar till:

• Ditt brott mot dessa Villkor;
• Din användning eller missbruk av Tjänsten;
• Ditt brott mot tillämplig lag eller en tredje parts rättigheter; eller
• Innehåll eller information du lämnar, publicerar eller sänder via Tjänsten.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or posed a risk to the Service or other users.

Upon termination:

• Your licence to use the Service immediately ceases;
• All Virtual Items and in-game progress associated with your account are forfeited without refund or compensation;
• We may delete or retain your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You may terminate your own account at any time as described in Section 4. Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations of either party prior to the termination date.

Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 14 of these Terms survive any termination.

12. Uppsägning

Vi förbehåller oss rätten att suspendera eller permanent avsluta din åtkomst till Tjänsten när som helst, med eller utan meddelande, om vi rimligen anser att du har brutit mot dessa Villkor, ägnat dig åt bedräglig eller olaglig aktivitet eller utgör en risk för Tjänsten eller andra användare.

Vid uppsägning:

• Upphör din licens att använda Tjänsten omedelbart;
• Förverkas alla Virtuella föremål och spelframsteg kopplade till ditt konto utan återbetalning eller ersättning;
• Kan vi radera eller behålla dina kontouppgifter i enlighet med vår Integritetspolicy och tillämplig lag.

Du kan avsluta ditt eget konto när som helst enligt beskrivningen i avsnitt 4. Uppsägning påverkar inte parternas upplupna rättigheter eller skyldigheter före uppsägningsdatumet.

Avsnitt 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13 och 14 i dessa Villkor överlever eventuell uppsägning.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, reflecting the Swedish origins of the game and its creator Dan Glimne.

If you are located in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of the EU member state in which you reside. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory EU law.

13. Tillämplig lag

Dessa Villkor ska regleras av och tolkas i enlighet med Sveriges lagar, utan hänsyn till dess lagvalsregler, vilket återspeglar den svenska ursprunget hos spelet och dess skapare Dan Glimne.

Om du befinner dig inom Europeiska unionen, drar du också nytta av obligatoriska konsumentskyddsbestämmelser i lagen i det EU-land där du bor. Ingenting i dessa Villkor påverkar dina rättigheter som konsument enligt tillämplig obligatorisk EU-rätt.

14. Dispute Resolution

Good Faith Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at legal@finaltablepoker.app to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your written notice describing the nature of the dispute and the relief sought.

Consumer Disputes (EU)

If you are located in the EU and are a consumer, you have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our contact email for ODR purposes is legal@finaltablepoker.app.

Formal Proceedings

If good-faith resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden, subject to any mandatory consumer rights under EU law. Nothing herein prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Vi gör en ärlig ansträngning att lösa tvisten inom 30 dagar från mottagandet av ditt skriftliga meddelande som beskriver tvistens natur och den begärda ersättningen.

Konsumenttvister (EU)

Om du befinner dig i EU och är konsument har du rätt att använda EU:s plattform för onlinelösning av tvister på ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Vår kontakt-e-post för ODR-ändamål är legal@finaltablepoker.app.

Formella förfaranden

Om lösning i god tro inte uppnås ska tvister hänskjutas till den exklusiva jurisdiktionen hos svenska domstolar, med förbehåll för obligatoriska konsumenträttigheter enligt EU-rätt. Ingenting häri hindrar någondera parten från att söka brådskande föreläggande eller annan skälig hjälp i en domstol med behörig jurisdiktion.

15. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page;
• Display a prominent in-app notice the next time you open the game;
• Where required by law or where changes are significant, request your renewed acceptance before you continue to use the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.

15. Ändringar av villkoren

Vi kan revidera dessa Villkor när som helst. När vi gör väsentliga ändringar kommer vi att:

• Uppdatera datumet "Senast uppdaterad" längst upp på denna sida;
• Visa ett framträdande meddelande i appen nästa gång du öppnar spelet;
• Där lagen kräver det eller där ändringarna är betydande, begära ditt förnyade godkännande innan du fortsätter att använda Tjänsten.

Din fortsatta användning av Tjänsten efter att reviderade Villkor träder i kraft utgör godkännande av dessa Villkor. Om du inte samtycker till de reviderade Villkoren måste du sluta använda Tjänsten och kan radera ditt konto.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. A waiver of any term shall not constitute a waiver of any other term or of the same term in the future.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Final Table Poker with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

16. Ogiltighetsklausul

Om en bestämmelse i dessa Villkor befinns vara ogiltig, olaglig eller omöjlig att verkställa av en domstol med behörig jurisdiktion, ska den bestämmelsen ändras till minsta nödvändiga utsträckning för att göra den verkställbar, eller avskiljas från dessa Villkor om ändring inte är möjlig. De återstående bestämmelserna i dessa Villkor ska fortsätta att gälla fullt ut.

Vår underlåtenhet att verkställa någon rättighet eller bestämmelse i dessa Villkor ska inte anses som ett avstående från dessa rättigheter. Ett avstående från ett villkor ska inte utgöra ett avstående från något annat villkor eller samma villkor i framtiden.

Dessa Villkor, tillsammans med vår Integritetspolicy, utgör hela avtalet mellan dig och Final Table Poker avseende Tjänsten och ersätter alla tidigare avtal, representationer och överenskommelser.
